Career of Karin Klaar
During my training, I acquired skills and knowledge in perspective and poster painting, which I was able to further develop during my professional career.
After a creative break, I began painting in 2006 with a painting group at Schloss Biesdorf under the guidance of the painter Andreas Noack. Here I started experimenting with different painting techniques. Since I liked the lightness of watercolor painting, I deepened this. Likewise, pastel painting, which, like watercolor painting, became my preferred technique.
In 2012, some fellow painters and I founded our own painting group under the name "Montagsmaler", where I was able to further develop my skills. Together, besides "Monday painting", we also take trips into nature and support each other in practicing different techniques.
I love the diversity of nature. The light at different times of the day and year always gives me inspiration. For this reason, landscape painting is particularly close to my heart.
With the pictures I exhibit, I want to show the beauty of nature. In the hope that it will remain preserved for us.
